These terms are the agreement between you and Rally when you use rallyterminal.com. Please read them. By using Rally, you agree to them.
What Rally is
Rally ("Rally", "we", "us") runs rallyterminal.com: live market data for Solana tokens, plus pages and communities that coin teams can set up and run. Rally is a software tool. We are not a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian or financial advisor, and we never hold your crypto.
Who can use Rally
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto services where you live. By using Rally you confirm both. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
Your account
Give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
One person per account. Don't impersonate anyone, including coin teams, Rally staff or public figures.
Verifying a wallet means signing a message with it. Rally will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never asks you to approve a transaction to verify.
We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, to protect other users.
Market data is not advice
Prices, charts, trades, holder lists, safety checks ("flags") and alerts come from third parties and automated systems. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on Rally is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on Rally is a recommendation to buy or sell any token.
Memecoins are extremely risky and can lose all of their value. A "green flag", a rallied page or a verified team does not mean a token is safe. Do your own research and never spend more than you can afford to lose.
Rallying a coin
Rallying a coin costs $25 (paid in SOL at the rate shown at checkout). It's a one-time payment for setting up and hosting the coin's page and community on Rally.
Payments are final once the page is created. If you pay and we can't create the page because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.
Rallying doesn't mean Rally endorses, audits or vouches for the coin, its team or its holders.
Anyone can rally a coin. If the real team of a coin shows us convincing proof that a page was rallied by someone else to impersonate them or mislead people, we may move control of the page to the real team or take it down.
The person who rallied a coin (and the teammates they add) controls its page and community and is responsible for what's on it.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you post (messages, images, page content, profile details). You give Rally permission to host, show, copy and adapt it as needed to run the service, for example to resize images or show your messages to other members.
Don't post or do any of the following:
Scams, phishing, fake airdrops, "wallet validation" or anything that tries to get people's seed phrases, keys or funds.
Impersonation, or fake links pretending to be a coin's official links.
Harassment, threats, hate, or posting someone's private information.
Anything sexual involving minors, or anything illegal.
Malware, spam, or attempts to break, overload or get around Rally's security and limits.
Content you don't have the rights to.
Coin teams moderate their own communities. Rally may also remove content or accounts that break these rules, and can see messages that are reported to us.
Bounties
Bounties are agreements between a coin's team and the people who take part. The team decides the winners and pays them directly from its own wallet. Rally never holds, sends or guarantees bounty rewards and isn't a party to the bounty.
When a team marks a reward as paid, Rally checks that a matching transaction exists on-chain as a convenience. It doesn't make Rally responsible for payment. Any taxes on rewards are the responsibility of the person who receives them.
Direct messages and notifications
Direct messages are private between the people in them, except that messages someone reports can be reviewed by Rally to deal with abuse. Notifications, emails and price alerts are best-effort and can be late or missed. Don't rely on them for anything time-critical.
Other services
Rally links to and relies on other services (DEXs, wallets, block explorers, X, Telegram, and data and hosting providers). We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Swaps you make through links on Rally happen on those services, not on Rally.
No warranty
Rally is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that Rally will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rally isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any trading losses, lost funds, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Rally. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Rally in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
You agree to cover Rally's losses and costs if a claim is made against us because of content you posted or because you broke these terms.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. When we make important changes we'll update the date at the top and, where it makes sense, tell you on the site or by email. Using Rally after a change means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using Rally at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@rallyterminal.com. We may stop offering Rally or parts of it.
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. See also our Privacy Policy.
